1 minute of 30-inch box jumps
1 minute of 115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
2 minutes of 30-inch box jumps
2 minutes of 115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
3 minutes of 30-inch box jumps
3 minutes of 115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
