WOD 7/7/2014

10 rounds for time of:

     5 pull-ups
     5 push-ups

5 rounds for time of:

     10 GHD sit-ups
     10 Back extensions

2 rounds for time of:

     25 Wallball shots
     25 box jumps

Then:

10 rounds for time of:

     3 weighted pull-ups (45lb)
     5 strict pull-ups
     7 kipping pull-ups
