For time:

1 mile run or 2000M Row

Then:

Choose One:

"The Shoulder Killer"

Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5

or

2015 Regional Event 4

250 ft Hand stand walk for time

or

"Death by Thruster"

Use Fran weight.  First minute do 1 thruster, second minute do 2, and so on until you can't complete the required amount for the round.
