WOD 10/22/2013

Snatch Balance 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

Today we start incorporating squats into our programming.  Squatting builds into everything we do.  For 3 weeks we will focus on improving our squat technique and building our strength.

After warm-up, do 3 sets of 5 Squats.
