For time:
15 Dumbbell burpee box-overs- 50 lb dumbbells- 24" box
315# Deadlift- 15 reps (Use 70% of one rep max)
205# OHS- 15 reps (Heavy! Scale to 75% of one rep max)
15 Muscle ups (Substitute muscle ups with 4 pull ups and 4 dips)
