WOD 9/3/2015 "Cindy" or repeat Foundations 1

"Cindy" (or complete Foundations #1 WOD)

20 minute AMRAP of:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

(Compare to 9/5/2014)

(Work on a skill or really spend some time mobilizing.  How was that overhead squat yesterday?  What are you going to do today to make that better?)
