Back Squats 3 X 8 @ 65% of max, 5 @ 70%, 2 x 2 @ 75%, and 1 @ 80%.

Then:

10 rounds of:
1 minute of Rowing
Rest 15 seconds
30 seconds of push-ups
Rest 15 seconds
