1 Minute of each exercise w/ 30 seconds rest between each.

Overhead squats
Sit-ups
Kettlebell Swings
Push-ups
Med. Ball Cleans

Rest 1 minute between rounds

Note total number of reps of each exercise and total number for the workout.
