BURRRRRRR!
Happy CrossFit B-day to Holly Burr.
We will be doing her first WOD (for warm-up that is!)
3 rounds for time of:
Row 250 M
20 squats
10 push-ups
25 sit-ups
Then:
Full Squat Snatch 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1
